La Vista

I am blessed to live on a high floor with unblocked views in the central/north part of the island. It is always windy, I get ample light and I get to watch fireworks whenever that happens! My mom’s place in Khatib is about 10 minutes away and town is another 10 minutes on the CTE (or 15 minutes if I choose to go via Thompson).

Hence why I am so reluctant to get out from home sometimes cos my neighbourhood is still undergoing upgrading and the whole building has only one pathetic working lift – which can be a bitch most times, especially so in the mornings when I am rushing to work. *sigh*

Couple Obsession #1: Shoes

Oh we love our shoes, alright.

When we bought our apartment, the husband insisted that one of the must-have features in the home renovation would be a huge shoe cabinet.

We got 3 cabinets dedicated to our shoes instead..

Not exact like Carrie Bradshaw’s but it’s better than most people’s. What’s lacking are just the Blahniks, Louboutins & Choos.

Yeah, he has more shoes than I do since his shoes occupy 2 cabinets!

And this is not to mention the shoes that we have in the boxes which can’t be put on the shelves due to the lack of space!
