I succumbed to discounted plastic/glass temptation.

Ok I admit, #1 was an impulse buy cos I much prefer #2.
I succumbed to further discounted temptation at another aisle…
This time they were leather/man-made material.

#4) Betsey Johnson Red Belt US$19.99 (RRP: US$40)
There were more aisles and more temptations but I got out after these purchases cos I didn’t want to spend the rest of my money only at Saks.

New York Raves: Coach
Coach is as cheap as chips in America. I can never understand why the typical Singaporean women are so crazy over bags which are mostly made in China.
I own only 2 Coach items – One is a key fob and the other is a make-up bag. Both are holiday souvenirs from Hawaii given by a BFF.
Why would I want to wear a Coach handbag/tote/hobo when I can wear something from Chanel? – says my inner bag-snob voice. Yes, I happen to also be a bag snob.
Anyways, since Coach is sooooooo cheap, the husband and I got them as souvenirs for the women in our respective families (my mom, his mom, my sister-in-law, his sister-in-law, his sister, my cousin etc) while we were at the Coach Factory Outlet at Woodbury Common in Central Valley, New York.
Oh btw, my Samsonite passport case was in tatters (considering I’ve had it for a decade and it had seen the world with me), so I decided to also get a little something for myself from the outlet.
I like the metallic gold. And it was only going for US$20 (RP: US$68) ! And oh oh oh! Guess what?
This is one of the few Coach items that is NOT made in China!
